He better tidy up his grappling and conditioning. He's going to need to lean on his wrestling the more he ages. That explosive left probably isn't explosive as it once was, and his chin probably isn't as durable either. That being said he did have strong wrestling at one point. But honestly don't see it going well if this has any merit to it

Getting on juice isn't the problem. With the right people, you can stay way ahead of most testing, most of the time. The problem for him is a lack of dietary discipline. If he can't learn to fuel his body up right, at his age, juice ain't gonna get him through much of anything.

He's 37. It has all slowed down now.

And what on earth would make him think that he could ever get back into the UFC without some good wins outside of it first?
