It has nothing to do with muscle. Otherwise, we'd see some roided out women packing punching power like Ngannou and Yoel have. They don't, not even against other women. It's pretty obvious that even a 135 lb male fighter has more KO power than a 250 lb female SHW with a 6 pack. It has to do with skeletal structure and muscle insertion points.
As the upper body carries comparatively less muscle compared to the lower body (with the glutes the largest muscle in the entire body) having a “filled out” upper body is going to bring with it lesser oxygen requirements than a large lower body.
wrong
No one is gassing out because of the oxygen requirements of their biceps for example lol.
He didn't have an upper body either and his legs are likely deceptively long. They're just lengthy so the muscle bodies are strong. Jones has chicken legs and look how much he deads/squats.
Vitor and Bones' got very tiny calves and quads, but big power in their hands.
But again they also have some other stuff in their bodies aswell.
It's the fluidity of his strikes. The motion is perfectly smooth and he maintains 100% power at a massive range so he just has to hit someone for them to feel the full force. In saying that, I would like to know what gives Ngannou his ridiculous short punch power, his ability to KO someone with what looks like an arm punch is seriously impressive
Hmmm Silvia reckoned hed never been hit as hard by anyone before Fedor.
Perhaps its just your opinion that is over rated
