hi
i am currently 72kg
and need to be 63kg in 6 weeks for a fight
i train 6 days a week an hour a day
what is the best way to lose this weight and i am 17

Ok guy, I am not the best advisor you can get.
But I can assure you that 'read the stickies' is the answer you will get here from the pro's

Those are the threads on top containing 191913 valuable facts and tips.

Read them and some similar posts here. You will gain loads of knowledge and probably figure it out :)
Because unless you come up with some sort of plan of your own, don't expect them to chew it all out for you.

It's not a big deal, but just a fair warning :)

One more tip:

If you want a good answer...
Please elaborate a little more on:

- What's your current diet
- What's your current training (what, not only how many)
- What's your current physique (Fat, dry, muscular, thin)

The more info, the better the advice

i dont have a current diet

i train 6 hours a week muay thai and 6 hours a week bjj
muay thai is alot more intense and we sparr about 50 mins of the hour

i am thinish but have about 1cm of fat around my body and am in good shape

Personally, I'm sort of opposed to the idea of people under 18 cutting a substantial amount. With that being said, the weight cutting thread was already linked, so...read it, know it, live it.

If you want more comprehensive advice, you should give a very specific description of yourself. Height, measurements, how much your weight usually fluctuates in a day, and current diet. Don't expect anything beyond "read the stickies" if you only ask "how can I lose X amount of weight in Y amount of time?"

Honestly though, even when you provide all that information, the answer is still "read the stickies."

Edit: by the way, you have a current diet. Your diet is what you eat, not "a diet." Give an example of what you eat in an average day.
