Best Wall Hanging Method For Fairtex 6ft Muay Thai Bag???

OK guys so.....I get there is only one Porch Mount at the top of the bag between the mount arm and the bag.....is there anything like a swivel etc? To ensure the bag doesn't twist around.....

Something like this

Title Deluxe Pro Swivel - Ez Lock for $29.95

Also has anyone had experience with this mount?

Fighting Sports Slip-N-Move Wallmount Hanger for $129.95

I like the idea of being able to swing the bag towards the wall for more space when I'm not using it....

or is this title fixed mount better?

TITLE Boxing Deluxe Heavy-Duty Wallmount Hanger | TITLE Boxing Heavy Bags & Accessories | TITLE Boxing Equipment & Apparel | TITLE Brands from Title Boxing

Thanks just making final decisions before I buy everything.....

So it is basically

1. 6ft Fairtex Bag (Have it)
2. Porch Mount (X1)
3. What Gauge Chain or length of chain?
4. Title or Slip and Move Mount (Up for Debate)
5. 2X4 Stabilizing slab to reinforce the wall
6. Stud Finder

Anything else that I need???? Thanks so much guys

And if I wanted to get a swivel for a bag that was 120 pounds what would be an example for that?

Dat any issues with the mount bending or anything negative I should know about? I've seen and considered this one. Does it come with a way to reinforce the wall?

nope, no issues. it is rock solid. the mounting doesn't budge even with the hardest kick. here's how i did it:

Hey everyone I got my bag mounted special thanks again to Dat for the photos which helped me find the appropriate method for my mounting job. I do however have a pretty noticeable squeak....pretty sure my mount is fastened securely....and I was thinking that maybe it is the spring...

I took the advice of a previous poster and bought this one

http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=100193571&storeId=10051&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&ci_sku=100193571&ci_kw={keyword}&kwd={keyword}&cm_mmc=CJ-_-4215266-_-11013433&ci_gpa=pla&AID=11013433&PID=4215266&SID=skim7138X661715Xeebb31f0ba855cc2ac579b1eaf08eb65&cj=true#.UElHMZbwa20

Any ideas on how to minimize the squeak or where it may be coming from? Thanks again for all of the help.
