Best UFC fighters to never win UFC gold?

Three of the best were on this card in Henderson, Faber, and Bisping. The Count got his. Faber missed, his, and Hendo is just doing his thing. Who are the best UFC fighters past and present to never win a UFC belt? Base it off of their merits in the UFC, not what they did in other promotions.

I'd probably say aside from Hendo and Faber:

1. K-Flo (4 losses in title fights. Faber territory)
2. Benavidez (literally can dominate anyone at 125 except Mighty Mouse)
3. Pedro Rizzo (possibly the most feared striker in the early UFC. Lost 3 title shot attempts against legends Randleman and Couture)

Bisping used to be on that list for such a long time, crazy shit. Who would have though a few years ago when Silva was running the division that Bisping would become champ. Everyone used to laugh at that notion.
