Best training aid?

Out of all of the different bags etc. that are out there, which do you find the most beneficial to train on? I was looking at this one. Any thoughts? I want to be able to practice techniques at my house in between lessons.

Never used a Dummy before - Id pay a homeless guy that much to be my full time training partner!

Well, some of them that I have been looking at, you can hang like a normal heavy bag for practicing strikes as well.

if you want a grappling dummy that bad you should think about making one

of course the cheapest way is to get one of your friends interested and use him as a grappling dummy
