Does anybody remember Jello salads? They were very popular at Midwest thanksgiving meals in the 1960s and 70s and 80s. Not one of my favorites but they were very much a staple holiday food. It seems like nobody makes Jello or pudding at home anymore since it is now sold ready to eat in stores.

Stuffing and/or mashed potatoes. Pozole with the Turkey is the goat leftover food.

I have some nifty leftovers bababababababababooooooyz!!!!

Usually lime jello with grated carrots, shredded cabbage and crushed pineapple. It would be served in a pan or on a plate from a mold.

Some made it with a wide variety of ingredients including celery zucchini and olives.

I've never seen that but it may explain why the old cook in our employee cafeteria would mix all kinds of crazy shit like broccoli and corn in with the jello.

I lived in very Lutheran areas North Dakota and Minnesota. Jello salad and hotdish are a staple of gatherings.

Stuffing is undefeated
You are probubaly one of the poor sad individuals that has never had good stuffing. I feel sorry for your kind. Never knowing the greatness of good stuffing.
