Best switch kick in MMA?

Literally none of these gifs, including that by TS, are switch kicks.

A switch kick is when you very quickly shift your hips and feet so that your front leg becomes the rear leg, then throw a kick with it. Basically a power kick disguised because it would seem to have come from the lead leg.

THIS IS WHAT A SWITCH KICK IS:

The quickness with which he loads it up and how fast it causes his leg to get in the air is really nice and how it should be done. So quick you barely see it is a switch kick.

Barboza has, hands fucking down, the BEST "switch-kick" in MMA period


Oh and by the way, a "switch-kick" to me is a front leg round kick, usually thrown to the thigh but the kick can attack mid-section and head. Very quick switching of the feet to load/fire the front leg with authority........

Cerrone uses it A LOT and it's pretty effective. Very snappy kick, he has ko'ed many guys with it now (miller, brown and martins come to mind). Barboza's switch kick to the body is great too, very explosive.

EDIT: the martins' ko wasn't a switch kick. He broke Makdessi's jaw with one iirc.
