To me, 21 and 22 Jump Street.

It isn't a parody in the sense of Spaceballs is to Star Wars, or Scary Movie is to Scream where it's a parody of a single film in particular, but if you're using this definition;

an imitation of the style of a particular writer, artist, or genre with deliberate exaggeration for comic effect

then Jump Street takes the cake.
