right now? loma lookboonmee, germaine de randamie, charles oliveira, rafael dos anjos, matt brown, and plenty of others that are not coming to mind atm
Yeah was thinking Loma too. She might not have the power but her Muay Thai is probably one of the best in the UFC technique wise. She throws pretty knees and kicks.

I think Olivejra's Thai clinch is superb and fun to watch.

I also think Alex Pereira has some of the most dangerous, one-shot-KO power knee strikes out there. He's not as proven in MMA, but he can flatline people wit dem knees.

Alistair Overeem

Active in the UFC at the moment? Donald Cerrone

Cowboy had those crazy spearing knees when opponents charged him... Not clinch stuff but super effective when he did it... Always wondered why he and others didn't do more of those.

Aljamain Sterling won a UFC belt with a knee, so he has to be up there.

It's more a K1 style knee though.

In addtion to those mentioned Jose Aldo uses long knees very well

Oliviera's knees in the half-clinch / collar tie are amazing.

Many fighters try to establish the full plum, but the moment Oliviera gets one hand on you to control your posture, a sharp knee is incoming.

What's great about Charles technique is that he throws the knee so fast that it's hard to counter with a takedown.

Olivera has developed a very nice clinch game with his knees, particularly to the body. He used em very well vs Dustin and Justin that visibly took something out of their opponent.

The best I ever seen someone implement that technique is Anderson Silva on Rich Franklin imo.

Reem. Rua when he was able to walk. Silva. Aldo.
