Id have to go with Walmart deli you can get 6 decent sized wings and a side with gravy for 4 bucks.

Also they sometimes have whole chickens for 2.50 i just cook some rice and i got dinner.

Culvers snak paks are good whole meals with drink for 4 and change.

Where on earth do you live where you can get whole chickens for $2.50?

In Canada, it's a deal at $8.99, but it is more commonly listed at $12. Damn we pay so much more for food up here.

What do you mean a whole chicken for 2.50? Is it cooked? How is that even possible

Oatmeal is the GOAT.
Healthy, cheap, filling, good (if you know how to make it good)

am a HUGE fan of oatmeal. i usually add bananas and heat it in the microwave. it's really filling and satisfying.

though in general, if we're talking under $5, i buy tons of veggies and make a soup. i used to have roommates who would think it crazy that i actually enjoy that. well, it's true.

I didn't realize Culver's was in your area. I thought they were just in Wisconsin and a couple of surrounding States.

Wendy's 4 for $4

Yeah its new and its awsome best burgers besides SteaknShake

i used to have a Walmart Supercenter back in PA, but i never saw no whole chicken for under 3bucks, that's like .25c a fucking /lb, are you sure you're getting real chickens and not those cornish hens?
Well in Georgia when some from the previous day werent bought for 5 bucks they would reduce it to 2.50

even at 5$ that's .89c a /lb damn, what's the current going rate for chickens in grocery stores then?

i can get a whole chicken at my various supermarkets/farmers market for
1.99 to 2.49.

surprisingly, the best tasting chicken is the halal chicken, you know the mooslum kosher version, and it's for like 1.49/lb for some reason

i live right next to a whole foods and they want to sell me a whole chicken for 4.99/lb

how do you do the bird? i used to butterfly and roast the chicken whole, now i just do it beer can style.

One more reason to love Georgia. Cheap food, fine southern woman and home to the GOAT 90's R&B band (112)

I go to the butchers sometimes and get the specials which is like 10 whole chickens so i get then at basically 2.00 each im talking 4 lb bucks birds.

Since im southern nothing beats good ol BBQ. I like to smoke the chicken with applewood for up to 4 hours then apply some homemade cajun BBQ sauce from Louisiana.

It's quite easy to eat good at home for less than 5 bucks. A lot of stuff is quite affordable, even compared with the Dollar menus at Fast Food.

Fast food?
2 Double Decker tacos from Taco Bell and a tostada should be under 5, I think.
Carls Jr Breakfast Burger
Anything from Popeyes.... screw the $5 limit.

you got em propped up on that rotating thing?, or they're treated differently in a smoker?

Sometimes i get 20 nuggets from BK and get that 5 pack of ramen for a dollar mix them together thats what i use to eat when i was unemployed last week.

5 bucks in Mexico? can get you a shitload of stuff like half a kilo of carnitas, half a grilled chicken, 2 tortas of pulled pork etc etc.

The very definition of "manlet."

EDIT -- I thought that said "males."
