Looking to strictly count my food intake in my hopes to shred bf%.

Im hoping for a very good smart phone app, website, or even a book to calculate my calories, protein, carbs, etc to save a bit of time in between work and class.

Any recommendations are appreciated.

wow thats a great site.

edit: very informative site, but man they have some stupid shit on there for "diet tracking". no wonder so many people cant reach their goals if those are the foods they are eating.

I second myfitnesspal. Just make sure to switch the macro split to whatever yours is. The default is like 50% carbs or something like that.

thank you.

A site with some great tools and an app that syncs to your account is Sparkpeople.com

great calorie/macro tracker with a huge database of foods and easy to enter your own stuff. Just ignore all the other weight loss advice in there and change your macro goals to what you want. I just love the site for the tool and their mobile app works seamlessly with the site.

really liking myfitnesspal. thanks for the input.
