Best fighter with a losing record in UFC title fights

Strange topic, but who do you think is the Best Fighter (could be all MMA or just UFC) that has a losing record in UFC title fights.

I’m thinking about this because if Frankie never gets a title fight he will end up at 3-4-1 in his eight title fights (including the inteirm title fight vs Aldo at UFC 200).

Another legend with a losing record in title fights is Shogun who is 1-2.
