Best DVD Instructional for Beginners?

    What DVD instructional would you recommend for someone who is interested in taking BJJ? Are the Sperry instructionals basic enough for beginners?

    I startede with the Renzo Gracie cracig Kukuk one. Get that, it covers all the basics. Drill them, dril them and drill them some more. Anyone with solid basics is a handful to roll with.

    That's what I was gonna say . I'll also say you can pickup the whole set for around fifty bucks , That's one hell of a deal these days . I still go back and watch the tapes for a reminder of the basic skills and techs .
