This isn’t a fighter that’s very well liked. He’s also past his prime now. But he’s still considered active and not retired so it should count:

Andre Dirrell.

He’s pretty shot now. Also lacks heart. But he deserves credit:

10-15 Years Ago Andre Dirrell was an insanely good counter puncher in my opinion. Very crafty. Avoid the Curtis Stevens fight though lol

It depends on what you want to train for.

There are specific counters where you have to watch different fighters to study them.

Watch Duran for quick counter rights off the opponent's jab.
Mayweather and Toney for counter rights after deflecting the right hand with their left shoulders.
For counters with the left hook right after blocking the opponent's left hook you have to look at some of the guys mentioned above
etc...
But all these are for indulging the nerd fan in you. In the end of the day you'll learn whatever your boxing coach teaches you.
