So many things I love about this country more, but you have no idea whatsoever how basic normal potato chips are there compared to here flavour wise.

Which would be amazing. That's actually one of the few potato chips I like, and they're the closest thing chips have to a wine/beer. There's a huge spectrum out there with regard to its flavor. The sea salts themselves vary from region to region of the ocean. There's obviously a huge range of quality in vinegar, too.
