Caesars for me. Bellagio and Wynn are close second. If you want something a little different then Wicked Spoon in Cosmo. This is assuming lunch or dinner, especially dinner. All subjective though and depends on your likes. If you're going for dinner though just be warned that wait times can be extremely long at most of those places, especially weekends and when there are big events so plan accordingly or get there very early. If you want quality over quantity there are too many good restaurants to list. Do some research.
