WBW - Ronda for 'submissions' and Tate for BJJ
WSW - I guess Rose since Gadelha hardly goes for subs despite being a BJJ champion

I think HW is a lot closer than people will say.

Werdum is better positionally than Mir in MMA, but Mir's ability to latch onto submissions out of nowhere is incredible. Regardless of what you think of Hardonk/Kongo/Williams/Lesnar on the ground, Mir is the only person to submit those people in their careers. Didn't do too shabby on top of Nelson for essentially 15 minutes, who is also a legit black belt. Also submitted Roberto Traven who is a world BJJ champion. Submitting Nogueira while rocked and initially in a guillotine is also pretty good.

That being said, Werdum has submitted fucking Fedor, Overeem, Cain and Nogueira as well. It's close.

Nate Diaz is only behind royce gracie in terms of most submisson victories in ufc history , he is 2 away from tying his record. so he should be at lw.
