The fact that you didn't also disqualify GSP's haters in the thread title from answering the question you asked only reveals the intent of this thread (to bash GSP).I mean GSP is one of the GOATs, in his prime i think he's one of the few fighters i can think that could actually beat Khabib but... He's 40 years old, had 1 fight in the last 8 years which was at MW and he didn't look good at all, the guy has been basically retired since 2013 and somehow people think it would be competitive for him to comeback and fight a monster like Khabib? Yall telling me that people actually think GSP at age 40 could come back and beat Khabib or even make it competitive? That's hilarious. I understand Khabib side on fighting a legend and idol like GSP but for the fans in general, besides his fans, is there legit anyone here who thinks GSP stands more than a punchers chance against Khabib? I'm just trying to understand why people want see this fight so bad lol
Jones lost to Dominick Reyes..Reyes was robbed. GSP is the GOAT. Please stop the obvious trolling it is annoyingLmao i'm a Khabib fan because i think he beats the fuck out of a 40 year old GSP? That's hilarious. I don't give a shit about Khabib. Jones bless your day my son, the one true GOAT.
You're confusing the fights. The only one who was robbed was Hendricks who beat GSP up so bad he had to retire.Jones lost to Dominick Reyes..Reyes was robbed. GSP is the GOAT. Please stop the obvious trolling it is annoying
You didn't refer to the style matchup whatsoever. We've never seen GSP ragdolled like Khabib typically does to people. I personally can't picture it happening. Not difficult to predict GSP to keep it standing and win on the feet. Not a big GSP fan but stylistically Khabib hasn't faced anyone like him.I mean GSP is one of the GOATs, in his prime i think he's one of the few fighters i can think that could actually beat Khabib but... I'm a gsp hard on and this is 100% accurateI mean GSP is one of the GOATs, in his prime i think he's one of the few fighters i can think that could actually beat Khabib but... in 2020? yeah plenty of people lmfaobesides Khabib's delusional fanbase, does anyone think he'd beat GSP?
in 2020? yeah plenty of people lmfao
it has been hysterical to watch GSP fans talk about this fight like they are talking about a Prime GSP show up. They actually think a guy that has had 1 fight in 8 years would have this great gameplan and would mix takedowns and punches to defeat a monster like Khabib right now. This is great comedy.so wait, at 40 Georges is supposed to be able to beat the most dominant fighter we have ever seen aside from Jon Jones? Didnt Georges get the living shit beat out of him at 32 by a 70% Pig Rigg who never won a fight again after that? Didnt he high tail it out of the sport after that beating and wait 4 years to cherry pick a one eyed cyclops on his last legs? This is the same Georges right? Khabib would never be in any trouble at any time in the fight. I dont think ol Georgie Porgie is going to jab his way out of this one. This isnt punching bag Kos or Dan .500 Hardy.
yeah i mean imagine thinking a 40 year old fighter with 1 fight in 8 years would come back and beat one of the most dominant fighters of all time in his prime.Well lots of dumbfucks out there I guess.
Would that be a horrendous thing to admit, or would it be realistic? Why do you say it like it's a bad thing? GSP to me seems to be one of the best thinkers of the game. He's before my time, but I've learned about all there is to know about him.
I think he went out on top, and should stay that way. Taking a fight against Khabib would be about the coolest thing ever. But, he is well past his prime, and recognizes it. The UFC screwed this fight when it made sense. Now it makes no sense.
Let sleeping GOAT candidates lie.
