Most people who train kickboxing suffer from damaged nails. Polish helps provide an extra layer of protection. Most fighters just go for a clear coat, but obviously a lot of them get bored and use colors.
 
Let us never forget Big Ben gave us this ridiculous sequence of goofball + beat down.
