No. This isn’t something to tag people over.

Ben and Jerry’s is known for naming ice cream after celebrities and public figures.

The intersection of Haight and Ashbury in San Francisco is known for being home to revolutionary movements and Ben and Jerry have a shop at that exact intersection.

Plenty of businesses have aligned with the BLM movement. Entire city blocks and plazas are being dedicated to BLM.

For a corporation like Ben and Jerry to market a non dairy frozen dessert after a 49er like Kaepernick should come as no surprise to anybody.

To be fair, I think a lot of places are doing that because they don't want their buildings burned down and their employees murdered.

Of course I did. I wasn't looking for "the point of the article" as I really don't give a shit what the journalist thinks and wants to spin at me. I was looking for what the black family members of the original figure thought about their family member being wiped from history. It was in the article. Turns out the people of colour most represented by Aunt Jemima didn't even want it gone. Again, a big win for the progressive community over black people.

Frankly, I could have used the Daily Caller article instead and have my bias splooged all over your face by the article - but, again, I don't care what the journalist thinks. I care about what the actual black family members think.

Those weren’t family members of the original AJ. Those were quotes from family members of two different women that portrayed AJ later on. You also completely missed their points as well.

That is a fair statement about protecting their properties.

As for the ice cream flavor, entitlement would probably taste more like Minty green or cotton candy. If I were Ben or Jerry, I would have given Kap's ice cream the taste of Trump's jizz to make sure it also sells to the right wing

I've read it. Turns out shertards love ice cream, and there are a lot of fans of Ben & Jerry's brand and some others who don't like ice cream and/or Ben & Jerry.
The other thing I noticed (and that was pointed out repeatedly in the thread) is that the product shown is non-dairy, so not really ice cream at all.
More like a tiny tub of moose sperm or something. Non-dairy frozen desert. Gross.
So overall, I'd say this thread is going swimmingly.

Hmm, my favorite flavor is mint chocolate chip and I don't feel entitled to anything. Don't know too many people who want jizz flavored ice cream though. It'd be better if the cartons of Kaep's ice cream were half chocolate and half vanilla, yet were labelled only chocolate. That way, people can be just like Kaep and pretend the white half doesn't exist.

The taking a knee should never have been a big deal at all. His right, freedom of expression, and he wasn't inciting violence or anything even close.
