100 Percent, I personally like fighting/sparring bigger/taller guys, because I have always been the shortest in school/friends/family etc. so I am used to it but I know a bunch of taller or bigger friends of mine that also said they would fight if they were lighter, which is funny to me because I would have pursued a fighting career if I was an HW instead of a welter/lightweight.

The stakes are just higher at higher weightclasses and you need to be a bit of a crazy person. The Margin of error is a lot smaller in heavier weight classes on the other hand the competition is less because there are less bigger people in the world compared to smaller ones. Although with countries having more access to more nutrition(protein etc.) the average size might increase worldwide.

But again we are in our fighting bubble, most people care more about getting laid or having a jolly good time on vacation or sth rather than training until you throw up.

From what he announced Mineev wants to become parliament member of DPR (if I am not mistaken). So Western promotion signing guy who is a politician in this republics and went to special military operation by himself is not real.
Plus his friend/manager Gadzhiev said that he thinks Mineev will fight once in kickboxing and in mma this year. And he, Gadzhiev now talks about wanting to make Mineev-Shtyrkov in kickboxing.

Love the Bilharino signing. It'd be cool if they did a summer card in Brazil in that gap between the Chicago card and next Dublin one. Patricky vs AJ needs to get on the books and it'd make a great co main.

I like Pedro as a guy but him being so highly ranked almost hurts the division's credibility because he's elite heart without elite talent. Give him one of the Brazilian savages they just signed.

I'd like to see Pedro vs Borics. Its a good bounce back fight for Borics that can lead to a title eliminator vs Pico or Khizriev. A fight against Corrales would also be guaranteed fireworks.
 
I am so excited for Bellator. I have watched every single event from the first season in all Spanish. It always felt like the underdog and they gave my teammates opportunities to fight. Bellator has always had good champions, but this is the first time I believe the Top 5 in each division can match up with the UFC top 5

Bellator is literally paying Queally for his walkout. The man is a human punching bag and cannot get a decent win and could not fight anywhere else that isnt Ireland.

He would probably be fighting in some shady regional promotion of he wasnt Conor's friend and his walkout. He does have possibly the best walkout of all time, though.
 
I dont know if Quelly is making too many main cards on this new contract. His last defeat kind of sealed the deal for his run. I'm sure Bellator is aware they squeezed all the juice already.
