Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix Semi-Finals predictions?

The four combatants are set. What are your predictions? Did they accurately line up with your predictions from the quarter finals?

Matt Mitrione vs Ryan Bader > Matt Mitrione winner
Fedor Emelianenko vs Chael Sonnen > Fedor Emelianenko winner

Matt Mitrione vs Fedor Emelianenko 2 > Matt Mitrione winner of GP

Alternate bout: Mirko Cro Cop vs Roy Nelson > Mirko Cro Cop Bellator GP alternate

Both fights should take place early in the fall (September/October). However, I think Mitrione/Bader can take place a lot sooner due to the lack of damage Bader endured.

I predicted that Mir and Rampage would win their quarter final match-ups and that Mir would be in the final against Ryan Bader or Matt Mitrione. I was very wrong.

Not sure who wins Bader and Mitrione. Bader seems to have good power at HW and Mitrione does seem to gas in later rounds. Mitrione could also KO him. What the heck, with Mitrione's size, I'll go with him.

I will go out on a limb and say Fedor wins the Bellator HWGP. He's the only 1 in this tournament that has the ability to KO Bader or Mitrione with 1 solid shot.

I'm hoping Cro Cop wins the alternate bout, and somehow the finals end up being Cro Cop v. Fedor.... but it'll probably end up being Fedor/Meathead II in the finals.

Fedor beats Chael. Fedor has never really had trouble with wrestlers and that's pretty much all that Sonnen does at this point. He is still a very good wrestler but his stand up looked poor vs Wanderlei. I don't think Chael is dangerous enough to give Fedor problems.

Bader beats Mitrione. We saw Mitrione struggle on the ground vs Nelson. Bader is a better wrestler, has better ground and pound and is closer to his prime than Nelson. Of course Mitrione could catch Bader standing up but Bader's striking isn't bad at all.

Jeez what an easy path to the finals. Fighting 2-7 in his last 9 Mir after 2 year lay off and 3-4 in his last 7 and a bloated mw with no striking. Either way Bader or MM will kill fedor in the finals.

Rooting for whoever comes out of Chael/Fedor but honestly don't think either stand much of a chance vs whoever's in the final.
