Bellator attendance-7000, UFC-4000

Was it due to the Bonnar/Tito stuff? The wrasslin' gets the people talking. Tried and true and never fails.
That was when they actually started trending was during Tito/Bonnar yes. I wouldn't doubt that brought in a lot more viewers who watched the epic main event.

So as crazy as the Bonnar/Tito shit is, if it ultimately gets guys like Chandler, Curran, Brooks, Pitbull more attention is it really the worst thing?

Its crazy but we as hardcores are already watching. If Tito/Bonnar brings in casuals and they stay to watch the talented Bellator guys, they are doing their job.

Heres why bellator did better
1. There card was anounced first before ufc's
2. The undercard fighters worked their butts off selling tickets and so did their gyms and familys
3.the local ces mma crowd went to bellators event instead of ufc's

4.Bellator had known fighters on the main card

One of the fighters on bellators card kin moy draws a decent crowd on his own

Lol at "CES crowd."

Bellator always marketes their cards with local guys on the prelims. It's a smart plan that the UFC could possibly learn from.

Yes. Too many MMA fans are realist snobs. I used to be that way. If we can get pro wrestling fans into the mix, it can only help the sport grow. Many of those fans pay $35-$40/month for PPVs.
