Bellator 245

Oh man. He closed at what? Close to -400 I bet? Obv you know this but getting a price 200 points better than the closer is very profitable on average over time. I was glad to get him -275

i've had an insane amount of losing bets over the last year or so where i've beaten the closing line by over 100 points and lost. i had another in ksw a few weeks ago.

gambling gods are definitely making fun of me right now (i know i'm not the only one).

Lesson learned on that Ruth bet... I just forced a bet because I saw superior wrestler vs inferior wrestler. When I was watching Taylor Johnson he looked like he wanted to kill his opponent whereas Ed Ruth just wants to coast and doesn’t look like the dominant wrestler he is when he is met with resistance. The dude just doesn’t have it to be a top 15 fighter in the world, dude must have left all his drive in wrestling.

Fucking yikes lmao. It’s one thing to get subbed by a black belt specialist or something, but come on bro you’re literally one of the best wrestlers in NCAA recent history and you get embarrassed on the mat like that. I hope Cael Sanderson watched that and shook his head

Gordon Ryan is laughing his ass off right now.

I played ruth last minute too, feel like a dumbass.

First 2 minutes of R1, and Cat's wrestling doesn't look great.

I will live bet Holloway if she makes it to R2. Lots of energy being used by Cat.

Holloway doesn't look like she's getting finished, should've taken a shot at the o2.5

You really shouldn't.

A pure wrestler with terrible jits scores a freaking heel hook from the bottom against a far better wrestler who successfully defended every sub by Neiman Gracie until gassing in round 4?

That's an absolutely freak occurrence. I think Ruth wins 9 out of 10 match-ups between them. Sadly, that wasn't one of them.

That's true, I think everyone is shocked he got finished by a heel hook there.

Right? This dude looks great against Neiman and then gets subbed by this NAIA level wrestler who probably looked up to Ed Ruth back in the day. Bellator fighters...

It's nice to see Cat Zingano is just as good as she was when she left the UFC.

Can't wait to bet against her against a relatively decent opponent, which will be in 2021, and make Cat another year older and slower.
