Caldwell lands a couple of hard kicks to the arms and body before shooting in. Borics stuffs him and tries a guillotine on the way down but can’t sink it fully.

Good showing for Caldwell. Him vs McKee should be pretty damn good

Caldwell vs McKee is an awesome fight

Bellator's FW division is stacked, and far and away their best division.

From what I remember, Carano kind of fell on Cyborg during a clinch that Cyborg kind of recklessly initiated. That fight was over 10 years ago though and Cyborg's grappling and takedown defense have very likely improved since then. On the other hand, Cyborg is no spring chicken anymore and so Budd might be able to power her down to the ground.
Yeah, I can’t recall now how it went down. I just hope it’s a competitive fight tonight, not a murder.

I think Budd should absolutely do that if she can. Cyborg’s tough to take down, at least early on. Carano did it though, didn’t she? Been awhile since I watched that fight.

Cyborg pulled Carano into full mount when she was being overly aggressive. Haven't seen her be that reckless in clinch battles in years.

Caldwell escapes out of the guillotine and presses Borics into the cage. He locks up a rear-naked choke and forces the Hungarian to tap out

Looking forward to that semi final matchup between McKee and Caldwell

Guchi has his number....

yeah idk what that has to do with Caldwell having fought better competition, sure, he lost to gooch and Taimanglo (which he avenged) but he's also fought Higo and Dantas, Joe Warren etc. He's fought higher level guys than Borics, its not really surprising he won.

But that doesn't mean Borics sucks either like Schoolboy posted.

#Bellator 238 result: Darrion Caldwell def. Adam Borics via Submission (Rear-Naked Choke) R1, 2:20 to advance to the semifinals of the Featherweight Grand Prix
