One of the better In Focus videos I've seen. Definitely has me even more excited for the MacDonald/Lima fight this weekend. I really see this fight being a war. Both are top ranked WWs in the world.

One of his gripes with UFC was his lack of promotion. That was a big issue as he feels hes damn worthy of promotion after the performances hes put on.
