Belal looked average

It was obvious to anyone watching that something was wrong with Burns' left arm but not once did Belal make him move it or even kick it. All he did was kick the other side all fight and the commies were jizzing over it.

He has zero killer instinct, never wants to commit to a finish. He is a true point fighter and there's nothing wrong with that but it's not going to make you big money and it's not going to award you with a lot of opportunities. He should be right in the line for a title shot but I would not be surprised if some shenanigans prevent it from happening.
 
He is definitely not a top 5 fighter in this division. Burns made a mistake by jumping into this fight as he could have just waited out his way into the title shot.
 
think it had a lot to do with his dance partner tonight. previous fight looked like he was fighting for his life. this one, looked like a jacksonville florida sparring session followed by mexican grill tacos later. prob some cocaina too.

Dude beat three Top 5ers in the division. How is he "definitely" not a top 5 fighter? If anything, its those very wins that define what level of fighter you are.

He proved three times over he is a top 5 WW. By beating the Top 5 WW's.

He's the one who will have to cope. Did you hear the crowd? I'm sure Burns won't be making excuses as he is a warrior, Belal needed the commentary to make excuses for him as the fight was going on. I think the word ramadan was mentioned more often than the right hooks that Belal took to the dome.
Not being able to dominate a one armed, genuine top 5 fighter does nothing to your stock other than solidify you where you are.

Every time he wins I get more and more shocked and just can't understand how he keeps winning vs top fighters.

In the post fight interview he said something to the effect of "I knew he was hurt but didn't want to go after him." and then "The plan was to not go after him if he was hurt because he's dangerous."

Fucking lol. Welcome to the land of "Never getting a title shot unless there's absolutely no one else."

This guy loses 2 fights in a row and Dana will want to cut him.

He beat a guy who fought with basically one arm from round 2 onwards and you're crowing about him winning. Jeez do you have a low bar for entertainment.

Khamzat had a war and took a lot of damage. It wasn’t super exciting but shutting down Burns for 5 rounds definitely isn’t average.

Burns was hurt from the start and spent 5 rounds barely fighting. You can't compare the Burns that Belal fought to the one that Usman and Chimaev fought.

Belal had a clearly compromised guy in front of him for 5 rounds and didn't want to do anything apart from spam the same kick non stop with zero setup.
 
Belal dominated as expected … couldn’t believe he was the underdog … he won me a kool 900 tonight (posted bets in betting forum)
 
Belal was against all odds. Just came off after fasting for a month, massive weight cut, had 2 weeks to prepare, terrible inflammation on the leg.

Meanwhile Burns was already settling in,already made weight and was popping roids for better recovery.
