I often wondered if it could explain some minor desequilebrium in my squeleton structure, nothing to worry about but for me, being a southpaw, as a right handed person in everything else, I consider it to be a hyper-right-handed phenomenon, meaning that however I practice both sided, I naturally tend to go forward from my right side with heavy jabs (I'm a HW so, as many people suggested, my jabs are strong enough that I prefer to choose precision of right-hand as a jab punch than as a power punch).
My question isn't about whether I'm doing it right, it's ok, I get that and have had plenty of discussions about that, my question is more about how I feel a difference in my shoulders height and how badly it could affect my body on the long run, being 40 now... I have hyperlaxia diagnosed and need to stretch a lot anyway and try and train both sides as much but my reflexes just always favor more the right side, just enough more that I'm unevenly developed. Any kine in the house ?
