Rousey won her first 6 fights in the UFC in an easy manner. McGregor won 7 straight fights to begin his ufc career. Better competition than Rousey but only one former, or at the time reining, champ. Rouseys best competition in Tate. People who put either into the GOAT conversation shouldn't have. Mcgegor is the Feather Weight Champion now until he loses to the Answer. He's probably better suited for Light Weight but anyone who knows mma and watched the Diaz fight understand RDA would of wrecked Conor that night. Rousey has Championship rematch with the competitor Uncle Dana didn't want and a follow up fight in Holm before she retires to have Bigfoot babies. True GOATS, Fedor, GSP, Silva, and Bones Jones. Thoughts on anything?

Every fighter is bound to lose eventually. I don't think less of either Rousey or McGregor because they lost. Even the GOATS you named have big losses on their records. I'm not counting either Rousey or McGregor out yet. It's way to early.

I never understand why people put "1 weightclass 1 promotion" guys like GSP and Jones anywhere near the top

In Muai Thai and Boxing you need to be a multiple division champ to ever be considered for anything near GOAT status

Dan Henderson has significant wins over 3 weightclasses in 4 different top promotions in a career spanning nearly 2 decades and has held two different belts at the same time in PRIDE and fought for two different belts in the UFC

How can you put Jone Jones or GSP anywhere near someone like Dan? Ditto for Shogun and many others

So tired of these "1 promotion 1 weightclass GOATS" that kind of nonsense has to end

Everyone saw how difficult it is to move up a weightclass when Conor was beaten soundly by a non contender like Diaz so why don't BJ Penn, Henderson etc get any
credit for not only moving up but also getting top wins at the same time?
