The Hammer House had more steroids flowing that the jersey shore during the summer time.
Yoel definitely has more fluidity and rhythm than Randleman had, but no one tops Randlemans pure explosive power. He was a FREAK in his prime.Yeah he was probably the 2nd most gifted pure athlete in MMA history right behind Yoel Romero.
I truly believe he was the most athletic fighter to compete in MMA. Even moreso than Yoel. If only he was born 15 years later and received real training instead of brawling in Coleman's backyard or whatever.

Forget about his absolutely insane vertical for a moment and check this out:

He leaps back basicly only with his toes. That's not something a human is supposed to be able to do.
True, grip shoes help, but it's still not something 99,9999999% of the population could do with wrestling shoes on.Dude was a sheer phenom, but to debate for debate's sake, he was wearing grip shoes.
Wish there was a love option because like doesn't cover the joy this post brought.![]()

To this day I'm still wondering how Fedor survived literally being slammed on his neck.
Imagine if that was concrete, wood or linoleum. At best Fedor would be a in wheelchair.

On a sidenote... Big Cat´s huge KO over Randleman was probably the reason why some of Hammer House´s key players tried to avoid him in Pride...
Will never understand
1. How he wasn't better at MMA than he was
2. How Fedor survived.
