Beef, Pork, Poultry, Lamb, or Seafood?

Shit, that means no bacon. I did not think that one through. Knowing that I just chose to theoretically live without bacon...I just died.

Seafood, as there is more variety (shellfish, crustaceans, finned fish) than simply pork, beef, lamb poultry. Tuna can be quite beef-like with the right cuts.

Seafood doesn't just encompass sashimi and nigiri. That's why I chose beef.

i'd go with beef. i like all of them (except pork) but beef is more filling.

there is such a thing as beef bacon. never tried it, but i hear it's good.

So good.

Have you ever had Cham Pong? It's a Korean (with Chinese influence) seafood noodle soup.

It's the bomb, yo.

I had that when I was in Hawaii. :P

Lamb then seafood. Surprised there aren't more votes for lamb.

I love lamb, absolutely adore it. But it seems kinda limited compared to the other selections. Maybe I'm just ignorant to all the great things you can do with lamb, but when I usually think of lamb, I think of some delicious lamb chops, lamb kleftiko (slow cooked lamb, Greek dish), kabob, or shawarma. Oh, and maybe some ground lamb, for a shepard's pie. But that's really all I can think of, off the top of my head.

It was a toss up between beef and lamb but god damn... minted lamb is the goat

I actually took the time to read the OP, now. Ya, lamb is a little more limited than chicken, beef or seafood.

A good rack of baby back ribs.

Or pork shoulder. A few kinds of pork are better than anything beef, seafood, or poultry can offer. Poultry is good but bland and no comparison to pork. Pork is the best meat, then beef, then chicken. Seafood is too varied and not fair to put in here.
