Lamb then seafood. Surprised there aren't more votes for lamb.
I'm really surprised that seafood is leading.
I love lamb, absolutely adore it. But it seems kinda limited compared to the other selections. Maybe I'm just ignorant to all the great things you can do with lamb, but when I usually think of lamb, I think of some delicious lamb chops, lamb kleftiko (slow cooked lamb, Greek dish), kabob, or shawarma. Oh, and maybe some ground lamb, for a shepard's pie. But that's really all I can think of, off the top of my head.
Next time you're in Los Angeles, you gotta try it out in K-Town.
What's so surprising about it? Seafood is amazing!
