I want to know how khabib gets inside for the take down . Don’t say oh mendes , mendes is shorter with a blast double . Conor knows how to fight long . And after second diaz fight has a jab and foot work . I see khabib using a low single and having a strong clinch .. but u have to get in to do it . Plus Conor always take center of the octagon . I’m not saying Knaib can’t get inside but I don’t see it

this fight basically proved Khabib can only wrestle for at most 2 rounds, by the 3rd round he is tried with hands down, and chin up. That is when Conor kills the hype once and for all

Most people kill the hype in the championship rounds. This was just the first time we got to see how he looked past the third.

Edson had 5 inch reach advantage. It didn’t stop the rape from happening.

You don't need a blast double to get a guy to the ground, you only need to be able to threaten it to get a guy near the fence. The nearer the fence you are the less relevant your reach is - because eventually being against the fence causes you to lose your stance altogether.

All he would have to do it ankle pick that man.
Conor got thrown around by an exhausted Nate Diaz, who isn't exactly a takedown artist.

The same way Mendez did, even if you don't want to hear it. Also we don't know that Conor can knock khabib out, maybe Khabib eats a shot and he doesnt die on the spot like everyone presumes.

Doesn't your boy Conor generally start huffing and puffing by the end of Round 1..? And you think he would come back against Mother-Fucking-KHABIB in Round 3?

Just ... LOL.<45>

Because takedowns are totally dependent on the fighters reach

lol

Conor has only fought one person with an equal or greater reach

... But Chad Mendes is the answer to your question. Chad is both shorter and weighs less than Khabib. Khabib is the vastly stronger grappler.

And when does Conor get tired?

Right

Great OP. You have confidence in Conor. Now get him to sign the contract

Khabib would take Conor down

He'd still get Ko'd tho

Conor in the 2nd or 3rd, it a wrap as soon as he lands and Khabib is on the backfoot

Chad has a easy time to dunk under the shots . Khabib literally walks to his oppponet

He moves 4 more inches.

Did you see him taking down Al from way outside? I think Iaquinta has better tdd than McGregor. Khabib would be hitting ankle picks on Conor from halfway across the Octagon like Couture on Toney.

I think McGregor has a non-trivial chance in that fight, but Khabib seems like the obvious favorite to me.

So ur saying Conor stands stationary when he fights . He has a jab and power and moves with a karate stance
