BCAA Question

I just picked up some XTEND which is BCAAs and Glutamine in powder form. The bottle says take a scoop before workout and after workout, but do I really need to take it after my workout if I am having ON Gold Standard right after (which already has BCAAs and Glutamine)?
 
It isnt going to hurt you. It wouldnt be a "bad" thing to have some more BCAA's post workout but if your on a budget protein will be fine.
