Come on. All the Stipe haters prayed he’d lose so you could finally get an “active” champion. Yeah, he’s been so active he turned down the first fight offered to him.

Lewis is next, and Gane needs to leapfrog Stipe to think about blocking the trilogy. This is nonesense. Then there are Jones fans pretending he wants to fight Ngannou.

Gane has defeated 3 top 10 opponents in the last six months, he's undefeated, and has only lost one round on one judges scorecard in his entire UFC career; he is not a "crush" whatever you mean by that.

The guy has earned a title shot, even if you believe he will lose, he deserves the opportunity to carry out something he has earned.

Derrick was told he was next and whenever that fight happens it will happen; but Jones and Stipe fighting for a title at this point would devalue the HW title to a point of no return.

If the UFC did not care about the title-holder being deserving they would have just made McGregor/Poirier III for the LW title.

Stipe fought two opponents in his last four years as champion and was given a rematch after he lost the belt the first time. If he is serious about being HW champion again he needs to fight Gane as the co-main whenever Ngannou/Lewis II occurs.

Jones has no intention of fighting at HW.
