Hey I am trying to find the heavy bag routine Bas mentioned on the Joe Rogan podcast recently.
It was something like week 1 you do 10x1 minute rounds with a 30 second rest. Then week 2 you increase it?
Appreciate if anyone knows the workout as I cant find it anywhere and I dont want to go through the podcast for it.
