I know, me too man. I think Bellator set this fight up as a showcase fight for Brennan - against a guy coming off of a 5 year layoff who wasn't really known for his power.

And Brennan was campaigning for a main card spot even after his fight with Irvin got scrapped (gotta wonder how that fight would have went).

Well, Ward got his main card spot, on a stacked card where he was lucky to get one in front of his hometown crowd.

All that only to get KOd brutally in 21 seconds.

I'm really surprised with Brennan. He really took Barncat lightly and it showed.

I always liked him back in the UFC days. It seems I remember him talking comeback a couple years ago. Glad he finally made it back and in eye-opening fashion.

Let's see him get a couple more wins, get to free agent status and see what old Uncle Dana does to get him back. Either way, what a welcome back for his fans!
