Obviously Aldo is a a whole different league compared to most fighters today. He's the only current GOAT still doing business.

Edson has all the tools to be a champ but his only draw back is his chin, he needs to work on head movement and the two best guys in the game at doing that is Aldo and Cruz.

Aldo and Edson are similarly built with very similar styles. The mcgregor screw up aside Aldo has always shown a great chin but his upper body defense is majestic, if Barboza can pick up some of that Aldo defense he has a very strong chance at getting ufc gold.

He can teach Aldo how to speak English.

Barboza throws leg kicks way more often than Aldo. If anything Aldo can learn a thing or two from him.

Imo head movement is Edsons only weakness.

Other than that he's a very dangerous man.

I agree. If he could learn defense in the pocket like Aldo did vs. Edgar, he would be close to unstoppable on the feet.

And Aldo times the knee when guys go for the take down; so Barboza can take note as well.

Now that you mention it....yes, he really is the only GOAT still active and in his prime.

Literally every fighter can learn from Aldo.

Yeah its crazy when you think about it being that the rest of the goats are either retired or so washed up that they might aswell retire.

Aldo is already in the goat discussion and still has the chance to keep adding to his already remarkable legacy.

Aldo will be the only GOAT by the time his career is over. He's only 29 and already has comparable resume to the other 4 GOATs all of which are either retired, washed up, or tested dirty.

Barboza kicks are way better, and he actually can body kick and throw others kicks.

His chin and defense will be the 2 things that will make him not get the belt.

If anything barboza can teach Aldo to go back to his roots and throw way more leg kicks. Aldo doesn't throw em like he used to
