The truth is you're an MMA hipster wants to pretend that the UFC isn't clearly the only league that really matters.

Fedor is a legend and deserves the respect he earned fighting in the major leagues.

Nemkov is a very good fighter who never fought in the best promotion in the world. He would do well in the UFC but unfortunately he has a wildly overinflated sense of his own market value.

If the UFC didn't offer him a 50% pay cut we would. But if you don't have him as the favorite then you don't know what you're watching. He's out wrestled Phil Davis twice and has strong striking and submission grappling. He's not some nearly 40 year old guy, a sloppy striker that gets rocked every fight and relies on his chin/recovery, or Jamala Hill.

You literally started a thread crying about how unfair it is that the UFC didn't overpay a guy who has never fought at the highest level.

Nemkov could prove himself in the UFC. Instead he chooses to fight UFC rejects with no one watching.
