Ballerino: A Tupac Story

At 3:04 he's quite effeminate there. Nothing like his thug life persona.

Video makes him even more artistic than most people would know

I see nothing wrong with the vid. Just another example of Sherdog hating on people that they just don’t understand. He accomplished more by 25 then most of you could accomplish in 10 lifetimes. He wasn’t just a thug but also had a brain and was an artist. I don’t see what there is to hate on here the man had so much cultural, societal, and political influence. He was a revolutionary taken before his time. Bless.

He literally became the character he played in the movie Juice and ended up getting his stupid ass killed for it.
ya, that's what the hughes guy said. It's ridiculous because he was so damned brilliant that it's hard to conceive how he fell for the bullshit. Chuck D had a hard time understanding it seems because he claims that tupac would have "flipped the script" meaning, getting young dummies on board with that bullshit and then switching on them. Maybe what some people said was true, that he was more than a little crazy or that he was more concerned about impressing his boys than being himself. Hard to say, huge waste and a poor example of manhood.

Also, in one of his interviews he mentions how "if you're raised by woman, you are going to have feminine qualities" which explains the bitchy, overemotional shit we see today in a lot of males. The BS where they are pacing back and forth screaming, that isn't masculine, not at all. How much of that these kids see on youtube and rap videos I don't know but they sure like acting that way today. It's gonna a lot of them killed.

Also, in reading about Bruce Lee's recent revelations of cocaine use and how it exacerbated the mental hype he was caught up in probably killed him. It made me think of Pac, Bruce, like Pac was a sensitive, brilliant guy who had to be tough guy, macho, did things out of character in his final days, probably a lot of it just bluffs (Holding knives to peoples throats and shit) just generally trying to live up to a false image and he took his own ass out like that in my opinion. Not everyone can handle that sort of attention, in fact, it generally takes years off of peoples lives.

Please explain, what cultural, societal and political influence did he have and what did he do exactly that was considered revolutionary?

Cultural and societal for sure.

The other words are just fluff for a dead guy that a lot of people remember fondly.

I like Pac a lot, but he was never the greatest rapper despite what people say. And he wasn’t the second coming of Christ who was going to save all us colored folk in the ghetto. He was cool as fuck though, but people forever deifying him are pretty annoying tbh.

these interviews are insanely old, that opening interview baffles tf out of me as it reads 1995.. theres no way that interview was a year before he died, he looks 19 there.

lol lots of ppl questioning his gangster and sexuality here need to spend a day watching vladtv interviews doing anything with pac. he was crazy af and literally was fucking multiple women. theres a story floating out there that he took jada to hawaii on vacation while she was seeing will, and will was pissed af about it the cuck lol.

the whole claiming to be a poet thing is nothing new, obviously he was great if there were college courses dedicated to his poetry.

the rape thing he was obviously innocent. napoleon did an interview with vlad explaining how that entire scenario dealt with unsavory ppl, the guy who set him up with the chick was actually thought by pac to have a hand in his 1st shooting at quad studios, and name dropped in 7 day theory album for it, being haitian jack.

as far as him being a gangster, most anyone close to him will say he never not one time he claimed he was a gangster. however towards the end of his life with deathrow, he was more affiliated with bloods since suge and the entire label except for snoop and dogg pound were bloods. mob james even said mob pirus were looking for retaliation when pac died, they wanted to kill biggie but i guess that was a different security from deathrow who got big, later was shot and killed himself went by the name of poochie.

if you listen to some of these death row stories, you kind of lose respect for 2pac, i know i did. he was a thug as far as he had no problem getting in anyones face no matter how deep they were, see nas interview about running into pac in ny for 1 example, but he was a fucking asshole really. maybe being around suge and all that gang life made him act much more aggressive but one thing is for sure, pac was always aggressive and in peoples face.
