I am long term injured and need to sub my exercise routine. Got a balance board the other day. It's not high intensity and at least I feel in in my shins.

Naturally any googling for info on whether or not it is truly a good exercise tend to uphold the benefits of the product promotes itself on, namely core strength. I'd like to know the sherpinion on any experience with them

I don't feel any impact beyond my lower legs. Don't feel anything in the core/abs which is meant to be the target group. Any confirmation that this is ideal for core building strength? Is the core training all subconscious?

ps I have a hip/leg injury and a neck injury. I bought it for physio but want to know if it is beneficial as an overall exercise to sub other forms of regular exercise, basically to keep me prepped up.

How bad is injury... or can you hold any weight overhead? It'll increase the effect mucho faster.
