Back up plan for Rockhold/Weidman 2?

With Rockhold training at the American Made of Glass Academy and Weidman's well known injury woes the UFC better have a back up plan for UFC 199 in the strong likelihood one gets hurt.

Knowing how things go Rockhold will get hurt and we'll end up with another interim title fight between Weidman and Bisping.
 
I know I want to see DC or Jon Jones in New York fight for the heavyweight belt. What a card it would be DC vs Cain ? I can dream this shit up to god daymn it
 
I have been saying along time that Bisping is a good matchup for Weidman.
 
They're expecting Faber/Cruz to be the backup plan..so they're trusting an injury prone Cruz to be a backup plan to an injury prone Weidman.

I've heard rumors of Cruz vs Faber is the back up plan :)
Now if Cruz gets injured the UFC is screwed. Lets face it we might not get a UFC quality PPV until UFC 200.
 
Not sure what was going through the minds of the UFC having Weidman , rockhold and Cruz taking up the main and co main event.

Maybe, not a bad guess. But if Jacaré finish Vitor very quickly, without getting hurt, he might step up, he will then be atleast as deserving for chance at an interim as Bsiping.
 
It'll be like that episode of Southpark where jimmy and timmy fight, CRIPPLE FIGHT!!!
 
im sure there aware of back up plans for replacing injured fighters in big fights like this
 
Cruz vs Faber is a horrible back up plan. The only ones interested in that fight are Faber himself and his best friend Dana White.

The AKA hate is getting a little silly

Khabib and Cain have injury issues, but outside of those two is there anyone else at that gym notorious for injuries?

Weidman is the far better grappler, Weidman vs Bisping would look like Bispings fight with Kennedy.

Rockhold was out for a long time before he fought Jacare.

The fact Khabib and Cain have fought a total of one time each since 2014 began is alarming, these guys clearly don't know how to train properly.
