Back on sugar

I eat carbs one meal per day, generally at dinner.

but I put sugar and half and half in my coffee every time

EVERY. TIME.
 
I want to stop eating sugar so badly but can't. I'm addicted. I don't even care about the sugar that's in food. I wish I could stop eating candy and donuts and cakes and stuff
Sugar is great but caffeine is even better IMO.

Commit to clean keto for two months and your body and mind are rewired. Candy and donuts will taste REVOLTING.
