I think so. Ebony Maw froze in space. The tall lanky got stabbed in the train station. The girl got ran over by the alien wheel thingies thanks to the witch. And the big hulk looking guy got destroyed by the Wakandan Force field thanks to Banner with the hulk buster. I think that’s all of them.

Didn't the lanky guy come back to snatch up Vision in Wakanda?

Totally agree. I'd like to see him and Strange go at it again. Or even better, Spiderman with his Spidey-Sense. That would make for epic scenes.

That's my biggest(and really only) complaint with Spiderman. His Spidey-Sense is integral to his ability to dodge and avoid so many simultaneous attacks. It really increases his power level by quite a bit.
