If it's part of the movie my guess is that Tony armor was either destroyed or badly damaged in the fight against Thanos so Dr Strange give him his cape to that he can still sort of protect himself. Because without his armor Tony is just a normal man. Without his cape Strange is still a powerful sorcerer. He doesn't need his cape the way Tony does. For Tony his armor is vital. For Strange his cape is just another tool.

It could also be in one of the comedy scene of the movie where they are just messing up with each other and ultimately may not have any impact whatsoever. We'll know next week :D
 
I am beyond stoked for this movie. Can't stop visiting this thread. It's amazing how they release like 10 new TV spots with TINY little nuggets in each of them that aren't in anything else, and that little fucking nugget blows my mind and gets me so fucking pumped over and over again.....

Has any of the past 10 years worth of oscar nominated movies EVER made people feel this way? I guess that's what separates block busters from those snooty movies....

yeah I’m hoping we are taking that out of context. Looks like Corvus was already injured when the fight began.

Na Corvus gets stabbed by
proxima Midnight weapon held by Black Widow. They about a month or so ago showed her handling the weapon after cap picked it out of the air.

A lot of diehard Marvel fans are pissed because it's supposed to be the perfect weapon never misses. Another is it causes mutants to revert back to human form I believe? Widow an Captain as well as hawk walk all over them.
One upside Thanos makes hulk beg an scares him so much he is afraid of Thanos. It''s a far worse beating then Hulk did to Loki.

This wouldve worked perfectly for the sequel, now im starting to think whats the point of having these guys in there to be jobbers. And theres no need at this point to build up the heroes. We seen that in the last 18 movies. If anything, give us the shock factor (other than thanos), give something new the heroes havent came across (other than thanos).

Id be dissapointed to knowing how powerful black order are and i get that they are de powered in MCU, but as mentioned above they should at least get the audience wondering how are the heroes gonna solve this problem

Yeah, I'm not happy about that. The Black Order are Thanos' elite guard. Adopted by him as children and trained to be the deadliest assassins in the galaxy. They should easily be able to stand and bang with Peak Humans/Low Level Enhanced Avengers, if not walk through them outright.

I would have liked a significant part of the movie to be about the Avengers, Guardians and Wakandans having to fight hard just to grind out a win over the Order. They are just catching their breath when Thanos walks through the teleportation portal with that, You gonna get raped look on his face.

It’s one thing if Cap, IM, Hulk are able to stand toe to toe with these guys, but SW and Falcon.... I’m hoping we’re taking it out of context and something else happened or is happening.
 
I wonder if Thanos will be able to make 260 in time for next week ?.

It's going to be one hell of a weight cut

EDIT: One thing I wanted to add to the cape thing is that Spiderman is jumping through a portal created by Strange and then landing through another one on the other side. I think Strange is teleporting people to Thanos's planet to fight him from New York or Wakanda. I believe the fight on Wakanda is with Thanos children.

Judging by the reaction and comments, there is quite a number of dissappointed fans by this clip.

I kid you not, if thanos ends up being a jobber like ultron i'll be the first to say. I'll walk out. And leave a spoiler alert for you all.

Im gonna assume, SW and vision were giving proxima and corvus a battle before cap, BW and falcon showed up.

I also assume proxima and corvus get their lives sparred (big mistake by cap, bw, falcon) here since all 3 end up rescuing vision and scarlet and head to wakanda

Thanos and BO should not be jobbers knowing this is 1 of 2 closing chapter.
