I’m super excited for this movie but idk, Thanos’ dialogue sounded kind of fucking corny to me right there.

I was honestly not thrilled with the casting of Brolin for the role. I always imagined Thanos have a deeper, more gravely, growly voice. Some more like Tim Curry’s Darkness from Legend.

That does make sense because in the comic book Thanos snapped his fingers and 50% of all mutants disappeared. Then they were brought back at the end of the story line.

With who's behind the camera, I have hope this will actually be watchable. Perhaps we might get a film that doesn't put puns and jokes above all else. The leaked clip with the GOTG actually looked good. Whatever levity was in that scene, so far as I could tell, was acceptable.

Yeah, not a huge fan of the voice. The Russo's described IW as a "Heist movie". I always imagined Thanos with a voice so deep he'd make Prime Vader sound as though his balls hadn't dropped yet. In that scene, he sounds more like the Kingpin threatening some Mook who owes him money.
