Looks like the big guys gave some key info about Avengers 4 "Name withheld". Interesting how the plot shapes up and the new Ant man movie will tie it together. Meaning if you where not planning on seeing ant man like me you could be missing a key plot device for Avengers 4 and give you an idea where they are going.

Ant-man lets Tony in on a discovery that he and Hank figure out but for the Ant-man movie becomes the big evil of course. So what happens is that they develop the ability to travel across the multiverses and alternate realities without the stones. Well in these alternate realities the stones have to be recovered to bring them back to this reality to take on Thanos and get him from the Soul stone. They also hint at big sacrifices for a few people.
Who are the big guys?

More spoilers test footage from CineEurope

Potential title.

Looks like OK big man being Kevin Feige said that they will be introducing a ton of new characters into the marvel cinematic universe. It also looks like a stand alone Hulk movie is not going to happen and it looks like Kevin given up on getting the rights to X-Men and Deadpool because of the mess around 20th Century Fox. Well from the way they are planning it The Eternals will largely take over for X-Men seeing they have similar powers.

Theres a dude who has seen it over 50 times

Not to surprising because there where people who went in character to see the entire marvel universe of films at one theater leading up to Avengers 3 crazy.

I think I've seen it three times. Wouldn't mind watching it again. Actually enjoyed it more the second time I watched it.

New formst is trippy...

Anyway..ima buy it when it hits dvd or blu ray

Watched the most recent Fantastic Four cause it was on TV last night. Dear god....

I don't think I've ever seen such terrible writing in a movie in my entire life. The dialogue sounded like a bot came up with it simply to move the story. I'm almost certain that's actually what happened.

"Oh no what is that?"

"It's the energy field"

"It looks dangerous."

"Yes it does."

"Danger is bad."

"I also do not like danger."
____
"We have to save him."

"But we could get hurt."

"But we have to save him."

"Ok."

I mean it was literally like that almost the entire movie. I think 95% of the dialogue was one character saying one sentence and moving along. I thought the effects would be the worst part, but no, the dialogue somehow was worse. If Marvel ever brings the F4 in the mix, I hope they just buy every print of that movie around the world just to burn it. The funniest part, I put my head down during the last commercial break to answer a text, and got distracted. When I lifted my head back up, the credits were rolling. I have no idea how the movie ended, but it definitely wasn't very engaging. I literally thought it was still commercials.

I know they made the movie to hold onto the rights, but couldn't they have made that less apparent? The contractual obligations were palpable. The actors looked like they were working for free to help a friend with a school project, some of the most basic shit was terrible(who ok'd that blonde wig?!), and the FX budget was apparently $100 that got spent in 1999.

Watching that and Dr. Strange in the same day shows you why Marvel is having the success they are. Even their smallest offerings are just simply fun movies. Imagining what they could do with the F4 or Xmen, and seeing what's being done with those properties right now.... ugh.

Fuck this. I'm tapping out before this shit gives me a headache:mad:

AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Crosses $2 Billion at the Worldwide Box Office

Disney and Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War has cleared the $2 billion mark at the worldwide box office, becoming only the fourth movie to achieve the milestone and the first summer tentpole to do so, not adjusted for inflation.

Infinity War, which hit theaters in late April, accomplished the feat Monday, its 48th day in release. The mega-superhero mashup finished the day with a global cume of $2.002 billion, including $656.1 million in North America and $1.346 billion overseas. It is the fifth-biggest title ever domestically, and the third-biggest internationally.

The movie's total haul includes nearly $370 million from China, where Infinity War is the third-biggest Western film of all time.

In terms of the other members of the $2 billion club, Avatar ($2.788 billion), Titanic ($2.188 billion) and Star Wars: The Force Awakens($2.068 billion) were all released over the year-end holidays, when many adults take time off from work and students of all ages are sprung from classes. Those three films were released in 2009, 1997 and 2015, respectively.

Also, year-end event pics can do huge carryover business in January, a tentpole-free corridor.

Before Infinity War came along, Universal's Jurassic World, released in summer 2015, was the fourth-biggest release of all time with $1.672 billion. The sequel to that film, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, is set to unfurl June 22 in North American theaters. The pic has already begun rolling out overseas, opening to a rousing $151 million over the June 8-10 weekend.

The untitled sequel to Avengers: Infinity War is scheduled for a May 3, 2019, release. The two films were shot back to back.
