No. They are not in the movie.
 
What is T'Holla, I mean T'Challa or better known as Token Black Panther hollering in the Trailers, when he lines up his Army to fight the Black Order's Army? Is it a different language?

I don't know if the war chants were made-up phrases or from an actual African language.
 
Age of Ultron done, lining up in the toilet before going to the screaning room where I’ll watch Infinity War.

Captain Marvel.

Fury presses something from his overgrown pager and we see its screen, "sending..." Then the pager screen turns into a Captain Marvel symbol.

No, they didn't fix his paralysis in Wakanda. There was no time also as they were preparing for battle immediately. Rhodes for the meantime can still walk thanks to Stark tech/gear (as seen at the end of Civil War).

Just a quick word about an actor rumored to be in this movie:

Holy shit did Peter Dinklage stink up the place. He was SO BAD. I couldn't tell if he was drunk, didn't care and just showed up for the Marvel money, or both.

The long scroll down method is not really effective in hiding your spoiler text. It's still there for everyone to accidentally see. ;) I edited your post and put it in a spoiler box. As for your question...

In the Infinity Gauntlet series, Thanos snapped his fingers and half of the population vanished instantly. I wholeheartedly approve of the movie's version where they turned to ash compared to the comics because it is more dramatic and heartbreaking than having that person vanished immediately.
