Movies AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Thread v.6

It shows the stupidity of Americans and people in general. It’s essentially Fast and the Furious with superheroes. It shows how people cannot appreciate real art.
Maybe there is a movie out there that is 2 hours of nothing but Monet pictures scrolling across screen that would make you happy.

I don't think the ending of Infinity War will have any major impact on the main characters in Agents of SHIELD. Here's my breakdown.

Agents of SHIELD season 5 will end in May 5, 2018, meaning there will be 4 more episodes left by the time Infinity War hits theaters. So they cannot just kill some of the main characters because they would have to wait for 2019's Avengers 4 for them to return.

AoS showrunners and writers already know for the past few years that they are not getting any support from the movie side, so they already know what's going to happen in Infinity War and have prepared for it. The vanishing will be acknowledged in the show but NONE of the main characters will be among the disappeared.

If they're going to kill off some characters, it's likely going to be the expendable ones like Agent Piper or Agent Davis.

You think they'll acknowledge Hill and Fury?

What's going on with this movie and its threads, @Dragonlordxxxxx?

Is this intended to be a purely Non-Spoiler version? If so, do we have a Spoiler version? I'm trying to merge sensibly.
This is the official thread. Posters can freely talk about spoilers as long as they are put in a spoiler box. The moratorium ends after the U.S. opening weekend and they don't have to use the spoiler box anymore.

If those two were off the radar in the first place, then nobody among SHIELD will even know what happened to them. It's like if a tree falls in a forest and nobody is around to hear it kind of deal.

Because you think it's a coincidence that all the original Avengers are the ones left and most of new hero's are the ones that evaporated?

I and many peo0le honestly thought most of the original MCU Avengers were gonna die. Esp Iron and Cap.

And I didnt think that many were gonna die either

Yeah, I say we do away with spoiler tags already. TS' review is on the first page and if you don't want spoilers but still read the last pages of the discussion thread, I don't know what to tell you.

If you are going to merge a spoiler thread, let me know and I'll help you put the posts in a spoiler box.

Edit: Ah, I see you merged rustledjimjam's spoiler thread to mine. No worries, I'll try to track them down and put them in spoiler boxes.

Eh, I guess that makes sense.
I've developed this system a few years ago so that those curious about the film or they're not sure if it's worth the ticket can just safely read the reactions of their fellow Sherdoggers without being spoiled.

Yeah, I guess it's wishful thinking on my part. Both really haven't been from since S2

Now that I've seen it I don't have to avoid spoilers on social media. People on Twitter and FB are worse than Homer.

I agree that the power levels are wonky and that b lack widow has some insane karate lol but it's been like that in movies for so long I have just grown to accept that karate works on everyone if thrown by a movie star

My friend was a dick and did something similar to about 200 movie goers all lined up to see the film.
Needless to say, they were pretty pissed lol.

Little known fact but Titan was single handedly destroyed by Chuck Norris using karate.

Was i the only one that not only laughed at Strange calling Stark a deucebag, but now think of Stark as one?

The thing that most surprised me was Kirk Lazarus showing up as Nick Fury's brother.

After seeing it, I think Hawkeye is the key.
