fucking lol

Why did only Falcon walk up to Old Cap? I thought it was weird to have Bucky and whoever else was there, just stand around and have Falcon go and talk to him.
Bucky already knew that Steve was going to stay in the past.
And how do you have Cap using Mjolnir but not actually show him LIFTING IT UP???!!!
Calling it to him is just as good if not better, no?

I think if would have been cool if they actually showed them fighting together, but right after the group pose Carol just kind of shot through the crowd on her own IIRC. There was a much better girl team up in Infinity War with Wanda, Natasha and Okoye fighting the female member of the Black Order.

I had a problem with that scene too. Why do the chicks need to kill the other chick? I hate the phrase strong female character, but I respect a woman who can get shit done. Using them as a plot device, or a photo op is waste of their talents and everyone's time.

It felt really forced and there should only be one Captain America.
Bucky told him to.

Seemed like Bucky and Cap had a discussion about him staying and passing on the mantle to Sam before he left.

The weird thing about Captain Marvel flying to the van was, they were going to let her be trapped in the past? She didn't have pym particles on her. She also didn't know when they got them. She wasn't part of the planning committee.

Projecting the longevity of its box office success will be interesting. I believe Fan Boys will see it multiple times . Not so sure that Families will be eager to sit there for another 3 hours to watch Thanos get his head cut off again.

Sam has become captain america, that is alright in my book, if its not Bucky it has to be Sam, they are the ones closer to him

I think seeing a scene with Cap walking up to Thanos and picking up the hammer on his way with a struggle and thunder shooting out, would have been epic. Especially if we get to see Stark, Thor and Thanos make that "wtf" squint face. Instead, it was like "yaaa I can pick it up and I can use thunder powers too now!"

"I knew it" was funny though lol.

Nobody wants Sam to be the new Cap

Not even Sam

It was pretty shit moment tbh

Not a fan of Falcon as Capt either. In fact i don't think anyone should take the mantle. Just let Falcon be Falcon and Bucky being White Wolf. I understand the whole "Capt is not a man but an ideal" Batman like shenanigans but if anyone can become anyone it just remove some of the uniqueness of the character.

That said if they really wanted someone to take the mantle then Bucky make much more sense. It,s actually what happens in the comics and Bucky has much more in common with Steve than Falcon does. He grew up in the 1940 , was augmented with super soldier serum , is Steve best friend etc etc. The argument against it is that Bucky has blood on his hands and while true , it was not really his fault he was mind controlled. Bucky is actually a good guy when he's himself (and he always will now that he was cured in Wakanda)

I'll wait a bit to see where they go with it before passing judgement but at first glance i don't like it and I,m not the only one. They should just have let Capt alone and avoid that whole debacle.

I would almost guarantee that we never see Falcon as Cap in any of the movies.

Also, doesn't Falcon and Winter Solider have a tv series coming out?

I think it would have been better if current Thanos figured out their plans in the beginning, brought his children back to life, (Or they don't die in Infinity War) and then the movie would consist of these two teams trying to fight and make things right during these time traveling adventures.

Seeing Thanos die in the beginning was shocking and cool but I think it left a bad vibe for the rest of the movie. It just felt off immediately after.

The main problem I have is that Anthony Mackie is a terrible actor and couldn't even begin to be a true captain america

If they find a better actor I'd be way more on board with it

I get that Red Skull looks a bit different now but you'd think that everyone on Earth would know what he looks like, just like we all know what Hitler looks like. I thought the same thing with the coffee shop girl talking to Cap in that deleted scene from Avengers. Everyone should know about these guys whether you're into history or not just like we can all picture Hitler.

Natasha should have forsure recognized him.

Sam Wilson was Captain America in the comics too.

How did it leave a bad vibe, what do you mean?

I'm ok with Sam taking the Cap mantle over Bucky, but I would prefer there was just no passing off of the Captain America title at all.

I know it happens in the comics, but the comics have been going on for 80 years, the movies don't need to follow the same route.

Maybe he will be called Captain Falcon lul

And he's just a dude with tech wings.. That's the worst part.
